Missouri voters overwhelmingly rejected Amendments 4 and 5. Both measures only reached the ballot because members of the Missouri Legislature voted to put them there.
When we elect our state representatives and senators, we’re trusting them to represent our values and priorities. A legislator's voting record is one of the clearest ways to know whether they're keeping that trust—and it's a good predictor of how they'll act going forward.
