Join us on May 1 at Memorial Park in Jefferson City as we take part in the national May Day collective action.
This family-friendly event brings neighbors together to celebrate community, support working families, and stand up for the idea that everyone deserves a fair shot.
From 4:00–9:00 PM, enjoy music, food, and activities for all ages—feel free to come and go at any time—as we shine a light on workers’ rights, fair pay, paid leave, and making everyday life more affordable.
MUSIC: Enjoy music by DJ Top Knot, along with live music by Why Not Dots, Bliss Hippy, and the Raging Grannies of Rolla.
FOOD & DRINKS: Food and drinks will include hot dogs, chips, cookies, water, tea, and lemonade. Guests are also welcome to bring a beverage of their choice. Food will be served from 5:00–7:00 PM.

VOTER REGISTRATION: Eligible attendees will have the opportunity to register to vote on-site during the event.
SUFFRAGISTS: The ever-popular Suffragists will make a special appearance, bringing to life the history of women’s fight for fair wages and workplace rights.
DANCE PARTY: As the evening continues, the music turns up—join us from 7–9 p.m. for a Dance for Democracy.
