Last night, Mid-Missourians filled Joshua House to confront the "Everything Tax" proposal. The truth is clear: this plan forces most families to pay $500+ more per year while draining our schools and healthcare.
Where were our leaders? We invited Senator Mike Bernskoetter and Representatives Rudy Veit and Dave Griffith. None attended. While they were unavailable during this legislative spring break, we were busy envisioning a Missouri that works for everyone.
